clearCache
v2 and above
From version 2 onwards, CitronJS has a special feature that lets you add and use samples even after your app is live. It does this through a cache.
This cache is divided into two parts:
Important Info Cache: This part is crucial because it keeps track of where your samples come from with indexes, etc.
Sample Storage Cache: This is where all the samples you've ever added are kept. It's great because you can quickly pull up any sample you've used before.
However, if you store really big files, it can take up a lot of space in your computer's memory, which isn't ideal. So, CitronJS gives you a handy tool to clean up this storage when needed: CitronJS.clearCache();. After cleaning, you can still use your samples, but there might be a short wait while they're fetched again.
